Geo Java Analytic Developer (SWE2)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working in a variety of environments, the successful candidate will use leading edge technologies to develop analytics pulling data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT. These analytics will be used in standard presentation systems throughout the enterprise to support missions throughout the world covering a variety of subjects. You will be developing prototypes answering new questions as well as providing better answers to existing questions. There are also opportunities to evaluate and work with new leading edge platforms, frameworks and technologies, all while working directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment. This position is perfect for someone who likes to work in an environment that uses leading technologies in a fast paced environment.

Cloud Software Engineer 2 (CSWE2)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will be part of Persona Analysis’ Financial Intelligence (FININT) team looking to automate a series of analytics that will discover new, pertinent artifacts, patterns in those artifacts, and setting up the review of those artifacts rated as significant by analysts to be evaluated. The developer shall possess the necessary skills required to implement an end-to-end solution including (but not limited to) accessing existing datasets, creating new datasets by ingesting data, performing analytic functions and exposing analytic results to the users. The developer will also need to be able to review and introduce relevant technologies (Java MapReduce, QTA) to automate those analytics to refine the datasets to those artifacts needing review.

Forensic Software Engineer (SWE3)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will be part of Device Acquisition and Analytics (DA&A) team looking to perform digital forensics and to help enhance a series of analytics running in the acquisition domain. The developer shall possess the necessary development skills required to implement end-to-end analysis and solutions including (but not limited to) accessing existing datasets, creating new datasets by ingesting data, performing forensics and analytic functions, and exposing results to the users. The developer will also need to be able collaborate with Capabilities organization to troubleshoot and help resolve any data ingest issues.

Software Engineer/Development 2 (SWE2)

​PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate would support the Persona Analysis office’s analytic tradecraft to find personas through behaviors, identifiers, and contacts by leveraging Java skills to develop analytics to use new data sources to assist in compiling new records that can be merged with other, similar datasets. These analytics will be used as a basis for future datasets with related subject areas. These analytics will be automated using machine learning techniques to better refine the results sets so that they provide high confidence results to the user base. Candidate would be working with structured data sets.

Software Engineer/Development principal (SWEP)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate would support the Persona Analysis Office by performing System and Software engineering tasks for the Persona Toolkit (PTK). Develop and maintain software components to support efforts such as micro-services for loading multitude of data sources from various data platforms. This successful candidate will develop and maintain assigned persona analytic tasks requiring implementation, documentation and testing for the Identity & Behavior Discovery team. Analytics will be developed primarily, but not exclusively, in the customer cloud infrastructure using the Query Time Analytics (QTA) framework. The developer shall possess the necessary skills required to implement an end-to-end solution including (but not limited to) accessing existing datasets, creating new datasets by ingesting data, performing analytic functions and exposing analytic results to the users. The data could be metadata or content. Provide holistic solutions to extract value from large data sets. Research and develop original solutions to solve big data challenges. Collaboration with other developers in the customer’s Capabilities organization will be required.mated workflows to ingest and update complex transaction records to support stateful summarized events for follow-on analysis to be performed.

System Administrator(SA/SA1)

Primary Responsibilities: As a Systems Administrator, you will be providing system administration support on Linux-based systems. You will be supporting the server infrastructure supporting a team of 9 developers by ensuring that the servers are compliant with customer standards. Part of the effort will be installing patches, tracking compliance notifications and helping with the security plan updates. You will also be assisting with adding new servers as the developers need them.

Cloud Software Engineer 3 (CSWE3)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of an agile team supporting the Cryptographic Tradecraft organization, the developer will work with analysts to translate their discovery ideas into requirements for new data sources, data flows, cloud analytics, or development of other information systems, as needed. They will develop and maintain assigned analytic tasks requiring implementation, documentation, and testing. Analytics will be developed primarily, but not exclusively, in the customer cloud infrastructure. The developer shall possess the necessary skills required to implement an end-to-end solution including (but not limited to) accessing existing datasets, creating new datasets by ingesting data, performing analytic functions and exposing analytic results to the users.

Python Analytic Developer (SWE2)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be working within a team of data scientists providing content triage related activities. You will be using Python and Dask to establish data repositories and the compute infrastructure in connection with the triage activities. You will have the opportunity to implement container technologies, such as Docker and use them as a part of loading and transforming data into databases. Other technologies such as Natural Language Processing, Map/Reduce will also come into play

Senior Web Protocol Analytics Developer (SWEP)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Principal Software Engineer, you will work with analysts to translate their ideas into requirements for new data sources, data flows, cloud analytics, or development of other information systems, as needed. You and your team will implement those requirements within the government cloud architecture. This work will involve working with networks and encryption providing leading edge solutions for those analysts.

Senior Full Stack Developer(SWEP)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be supporting and enhance a full stack application that leverages Java Map/Reduce analytics and QTA analytics. The work is looking into and researching apps. The team is looking into moving the application to a new leading-edge platform. There are also opportunities to evaluate and work with new leading-edge platforms, frameworks and technologies, all while working directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment. This position is perfect for someone who likes to work in an environment that uses leading technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Full Stack Developer(SWEP)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Principal UI Developer, you will be part of a team that will be developing new ways to look at data and the software that generates the data. Your primary focus will be developing a front end using current technology such as Vue.js and D3 in support of a new application currently being developed. There are full stack development opportunities as well, using corporate datastores, NoSQL databases, middleware connectors and streaming analytics. The work is being done within the government AWS environment, so a background in AWS would be preferred.

Senior System Administrator ( SA/SA2/IAT III)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the customer project teams as a member of the Security Team as a Senior ISSO. Duties could include:

• Perform regular audits of Information Systems (IS), including review of system audit logs, compliance scan results, and other continuous monitoring reports

• Assist the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in preparing the IS for periodic reaccreditation and/or reauthorization

• Assist with the evaluation of changes or additions to the IS within the facility, work with the ISSM to determine security relevance, and make recommendations for approval or denial to the ISSM.

• Ensure the implementation of security measures in accordance with Agency policies and ISSM’s guidance.

• Identify and document any unique threats to the Information Systems

• Perform periodic Risk Assessments of the Information Systems using Enterprise tools

• Register the IS with appropriate organizational program/management offices

• Assist with the implementation of facility procedures, under the direction of the ISSM, to include media handling, security incident handling, IS User Briefings, and IS security reviews and audits

• Provide general technical support to users and general system administrator support

Senior Integration Engineer ( SA/SA2/IAT III)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will perform Linux/Windows systems administration, hardware and software integration, network management and application installation and configuration in a prototype development and evaluation lab located at a customer site. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work with a small team as well as independently, and be able to rapidly learn new HW and SW technologies.
